Need Higher Back on Seat for more comfort

Love this 3 wheeler, would be better for comfort if the back of the seat was higher. Please contact me if this is an option in the future.

I absolutely love this little machine. It offers me freedom to go on bike paths and enjoy the great outdoors just a little bit more. The.ONLY concern I have is the sound made when I turn the key on. I live in a senior building and when the aids hear it they think it’s a fire alarm.
How can I turn the volume down or disconnect the sound? Other than this, it’s a dream machine.

Great Reliever

I am 91 year old and have five replaced joints, including two ankles. In order to reduce wear on ankles, in 2020, when I moved into a retirement home during Covid, I bought a three-wheel scooter. It has saved me 70 percent of my walking. The other day, my ankle doctor told me they were in fine shape and last a life time. My scooter has a removeable vinyl cover that is badly frayed. Otherwise the scooter looks like new. In viewing other scooters here, the same fraying exists. Can the cover be replaced or can ViIVE make a pullover to cover the problem. How much to replace the whole back? A choice in style of a pullover, perhaps in color and design, can add some character to the scooter. Please let me know my options.

Great scootering experience

Somebody give me this scooter in 2023 , it was used by his father when he died. I used it time to time, my knees are bad and I wanted to visit Spain. I bought a new battery and this was a wonderful experience. I visited several cities, enjoyed museums, parks, etc. My only suggestion is a bigger basket able to hold the battery.
